this is a minimal intervention natural coffee, a yirgacheffe district coffee from ethiopia, produced by takele mammo denbi, the former managing director of the yirgacheffe coffee farmers’ cooperative union. It’s certified organic which is a rare find in this country.

the flavor profile is fruit forward without being overt, and delicately loral & clean. this coffee is complex & has great texture that reminds us of candied hazelnuts, Bing cherries & strawberry jam.
